Returns and exchange
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning there item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return item(s) address: Kalanderij 89, 3901WN, Veenendaal.
When returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company.
Returned item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Item(s) that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.
- Sale items can’t be returned or refunded.
When we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. It will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.
