The General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Customer(s) and mosmonfrere.com relating to the purchase of Mo’s Monfrère products offered on the website.

Mo’s Monfrère reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add, to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

By your use of out service you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you certify that you are able and compentent to give Mo’s Monfrère rights as detailed in these Terms and Conditions and to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy
Mo’s Monfrère uses personal information such as your name, address, e-mail, telephone number only for the shipment of the product(s). Personal information provided to us will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Our items
Mo’s Monfrère reserves the right to change the amount, the quantity and/or delivery of the products purchased through the website at any time and without notice.

The images of the item(s) on the website or mobile are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the color of the item(s).

Item(s) of Mo’s Monfrère can be purchased online. All products are supplied according to availability at the time of order.

To buy the selected item(s), the customer must follow the instructions mentioned on the website and complete the online sale form and send it to Mo’s Monfrère. The customer adds the product to his/her “shopping cart” after reading and accepting the terms and conditions. The customer then determines the way he/she wishes to pay and then continues with the “buy” button.

Pricing and Payment
The prices displayed on the site are quoted in Euros and include VAT and applicable taxes. Prices do not include delivery costs.

The ownership of the item(s) purchased through the site is transferred to the customer upon delivery, provided that Mo’s Monfrère has received full payment of the goods. The risks of damage to or loss of the product are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

We offer the following payment options: iDeal and Credit card ( Visa or MasterCard)

Transactions are not charged to the customer’s credit until the credit card information has been verified. The authorization for the payment of the credit card booking is received from the issuer of the credit card used by the Customer, and the availability of the item(s) by Mosmonfrere.com is sufficient, and therefore the order is ready to be performed.

Delivery
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received, you can return the item(s) by following our return policy.

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed. Mo’s Monfrère will send a product after order payment and verification is cleared.

Purchased items are delivered by our standard delivery service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number. Mo’s Monfrère cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, as we have no control over this.

Return and Exchanges
Mo’s Monfrère offers you the possibility to return certain item(s) within 14 days  in new condition  from the date of purchase.

All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Mo’s Monfrère tags still attached. Item(s) that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Mo’s monfrère reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet to these conditions.

Any costs sustained by the Customer to return a item are non-refundable.

When returning items, please make sure  that delivery is traceable, as we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company.

As soon we received your return item(s), it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.

Sale item(s) cannot be returned or refunded.

The agreement between the buyer and the seller is governed by Dutch I
